Dentprice set out to build a healthcare marketplace where patients submit their dental case, including radiographs, CT scans, and medical details, and clinics review it and respond with treatment plans the patient can compare. Two completely different users with completely different needs, meeting in one platform. When they came to us, there was nothing. No product, no flows, no brand. The complexity was in designing a system that could handle real medical workflows and sensitive patient data while still feeling simple and trustworthy for non-technical users.

Dentprice set out to build a healthcare marketplace where patients submit their dental case, including radiographs, CT scans, and medical details, and clinics review it and respond with treatment plans the patient can compare. Two completely different users with completely different needs, meeting in one platform. When they came to us, there was nothing. No product, no flows, no brand. The complexity was in designing a system that could handle real medical workflows and sensitive patient data while still feeling simple and trustworthy for non-technical users.
Strategy
We defined the full product architecture before designing a single screen. We mapped the complete system from patient case submission through clinic evaluation to treatment plan delivery. We defined flows for both sides: patients needed a simple, guided experience to submit cases and compare offers. Clinics needed a structured workflow to review, evaluate, and respond. Both had to work together seamlessly. Solving the structure first avoided the fragmentation that kills two-sided platforms.
Brand
There was no brand when we started. We created everything from scratch: logo, visual direction, color system, typography, and design language. The brand had to communicate trust and professionalism while still feeling approachable and modern. Not clinical and cold. Not casual and unserious. That balance was everything, because both patients and clinics had to feel confident the moment they encountered the platform.
Website
We designed and built the marketing website in Framer. The site needed to serve two audiences at once: patients looking for dental care, and clinics looking to grow their practice. We structured the content to speak to both while keeping the experience cohesive. In healthcare, if people don't trust you before they sign up, they never will.
Product
We built a scalable design system that worked across mobile and web. On the patient side, a guided flow for submitting cases: uploading medical data, describing the situation, and comparing treatment offers. On the clinic side, a structured system for reviewing cases, evaluating patient data, and responding with treatment plans. Onboarding, dashboards, communication, and case management were all designed as one coherent product, built to handle real medical workflows while remaining accessible to everyday users.
Development
We handled the full development. Native mobile apps for iOS and Android, the web platform for clinics, and the marketing website in Framer. The same team that made the design decisions wrote the code. What we designed is exactly what shipped.
Outcome
Dentprice launched with a complete product ecosystem: a live marketplace, native mobile apps on both platforms, a fully functional web platform for clinics, and a marketing website ready to acquire users on both sides. From concept to production-ready healthcare marketplace, built end to end by one team.
