Kvants builds automated, AI-driven investment strategies for the Web3 space. They came to us at two defining moments: first to bring their MVP to life with no brand, website, or product experience, and later, after gaining traction, to reposition as a mature company ready to raise capital and serve institutional partners.
Strategy
Phase one was about getting to market: defining the product structure, core flows, and foundation. Phase two was repositioning. Kvants had traction and needed everything to reflect a more serious stage. We reassessed the brand, messaging, and product with one question: how does this company need to show up to raise capital and serve institutional users?
Brand
We built the brand twice. The first identity got them to market. When they outgrew it, we started over with a refined visual system: new logo, colors, and typography that positioned Kvants as a credible, institutional-grade Web3 company. We extended the brand into marketing visuals, social media, campaign materials, and investor pitch decks.
Website
First phase: a landing page for validation. Second phase: a full 10+ page website with clear messaging, product storytelling, and investor-ready positioning. The site needed to explain AI-driven automated trading in a way that both retail traders and institutional partners could understand and trust.
Product
We designed the complete trading platform for desktop and mobile: dashboards, strategy selection, performance analytics, risk workflows, onboarding, and portfolio management. We also designed a Telegram mini-app trading game to fuel community growth and user activation.
Outcome
Kvants evolved from an early-stage concept into a polished trading platform positioned for institutional adoption. Two brand evolutions, a comprehensive website, a full trading product, investor materials, and a community activation tool. What started as an MVP that needed a face became a company that looked like a market leader in Web3 trading.
