I'm Robert, one of the two leading people behind Nuova.
I’ve always been someone who enjoys understanding how things work. I like conversations with substance, clear thinking, and people who genuinely care about what they’re building.
That’s probably why I naturally gravitated toward this kind of work.
When Adelina and I started Nuova in 2021, we had no grand plan. We simply wanted to build things we’d genuinely be proud of and work with people in a more direct and human way, that for us means good work, honest communication, and real involvement.
If we work together, you’ll probably notice pretty quickly that I’m very straightforward, very involved, and that I care a lot about doing things properly.

I'm Adelina, the other half of Nuova and the one responsible for how everything looks and feels.
I lead the creative direction and my work is about how companies are felt, not just seen. I treat every brand as if it were my own, because the companies we work with deserve that level of care. They're building something meaningful, and I want to make sure the world sees it that way.
I’m also someone who gets very immersed in creative work. Once I understand a company and the people behind it, I want everything to feel aligned and genuine to who they are.
I think that’s why clients often tell us working with Nuova feels different. It’s professional, but personal. Structured, but very human.
And that balance is very important to us.
