Nuova Digital LLC operates www.gonuova.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

1. Information collection and use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
2. Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze information.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Ask Nuova, our AI chat assistant
Our website includes Ask Nuova, a chat assistant that answers questions about Nuova using the content of this website. Its answers are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude, made by Anthropic). They can occasionally be incomplete or wrong and are not a binding offer. The prices and terms on our website and at checkout are the ones that apply.
What we collect When you use the chat, we collect: - the messages you write and the answers the assistant gives - the page you were on and the time of each message - your approximate country, provided by our hosting provider based on your connection - a coded conversation ID that groups the messages of one conversation
We do not store your IP address. Your IP address and browser details are used only briefly, in memory, to prevent misuse and to create the conversation ID, which does not contain them. Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in the chat.
Why we use it - To answer your questions about our services: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). - To understand what visitors ask, so we can improve our website, our answers and our services: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). - To keep the chat secure and prevent misuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't use chat messages for advertising, we don't sell them, and the chat doesn't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who processes it - Anthropic generates the answers as our data processor. It does not use chat messages to train its models and deletes them within 30 days, unless they are flagged for review under its usage policies or must be kept by law. - Cloudflare hosts the chat and stores our copy of the conversations, as our data processor. Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms, and Cloudflare is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it We keep chat conversations for 180 days, after which they are deleted automatically. During your visit, the conversation is also saved in your browser's session storage so it stays open as you move between pages. That copy is removed when you close the tab, or straight away when you press Clear in the chat.
How it's protected - Everything sent through the chat is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). - Saved conversations are kept in a database encrypted at rest with AES-256. - Only authorised members of the Nuova team can view them, behind password protection.
If you ask to be emailed instead of booking a call, the chat also saves your name, email address, website (if you share it) and a one-line summary of what you need, so we can reply and prepare the free mini-audit you asked for. We check that your email's domain can receive mail, and our team is notified through Slack, which acts as our data processor. We keep these details for up to 12 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights You can ask to access, correct or delete your chat messages, to restrict how we use them, or object to that use, by emailing hello@gonuova.com. As we don't know who you are, tell us roughly when you used the chat and what you asked, so we can find the conversation.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 03.10.2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
