Investors can purchase tokenized shares from vetted funds, REITs, and curated opportunities, all managed in one place. When we partnered with them, they were at a pure idea stage. No brand, no website, no product. The challenge was aligning Web3 innovation with the seriousness of real estate investing across every touchpoint.

Investors can purchase tokenized shares from vetted funds, REITs, and curated opportunities, all managed in one place. When we partnered with them, they were at a pure idea stage. No brand, no website, no product. The challenge was aligning Web3 innovation with the seriousness of real estate investing across every touchpoint.
Strategy
We defined the product structure around two audiences: newcomers who need tokenized investing to feel safe and simple, and experienced investors who expect institutional-grade tools. We mapped the full journey from discovery through due diligence to investment and portfolio management. We also worked with the founder on positioning and narrative framing for investor conversations.
Brand
Built from scratch: logo, color palette, typography, and visual system designed to bridge real estate and Web3. Real estate demands trust and stability. Web3 demands innovation and edge. The brand communicates both simultaneously.
Website
A conversion-focused one-pager that explains tokenized real estate investing in clear, simple terms. The site takes a concept most people don't fully understand and makes it feel obvious and trustworthy in under a minute.
Product
Full MVP for desktop and mobile: browsing opportunities, fund details, due diligence, investment flows, portfolio tracking, analytics, and learning content. Dark, modern UI with fintech-inspired aesthetics designed to reinforce innovation while maintaining clarity across complex financial data. Every screen structured around trust and usability.
